The Workout
Bound
Introducing BOUND, the first of its kind rebounding + sculpt class. Created by lead instructor, Julie Ligon, our BOUND class thoughtfully combines high intensity, low impact cardio with weighted flows designed to lengthen and strengthen every muscle in your body. 

The benefits of rebounding have been proven and studied for decades, from lymphatic drainage to pelvic floor transformation and even reduced cellulite. A recent study by NASA found that just 10 minutes on the rebounder is more effective than 30 minutes of running! 

BOUND will take you from heart pounding but simple to follow choreography and sprints on the rebounder, to weighted sculpting flows specifically targeting arms, legs, core and gluteus muscles. 

Expect to tap into deep core musculature for the entire 50 minutes of class as well as find moments that will test your balance, strength and endurance. Set to an incredible heart pumping playlist of songs that inspire you to soar, you will leave class feeling energized, confident, balanced and truly BOUNDless.

Barre
Our barre class is unlike any other. This 50 minute class, created by Julie Ligon-lead instructor at JOULE, draws on her 20 years of experience in teaching and programming dynamic, uplifting and results driven classes. 

Our unique barre class will lead you through flows that target every inch of your body, creating strength, balance and alignment throughout. Utilizing heavier weights during the lower body focus of class, you will feel a burn more deeply than you ever have in a barre class. 

We will tap into your deep glute and core strength with the creative use of ankle weights, and moments that elevate your heart rate are threaded through class to ensure your body is heated and your endurance is consistently challenged. 

We assure you that every muscle in your body will be taxed for all 50 minutes of this invigorating class and that your body awareness, strength, balance and most importantly, confidence will continue to grow with each session you take.

Build
Coming Soon
Build at JOULE is a class designed to build lean muscle in a safe, effective joint friendly way. Using progressive overload as our guide, each strength training session will target specific muscle groups in the upper and lower body with the goal of bringing each muscle we work to failure. 

Our LOWER BODY class will focus on quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and inner thighs. Our UPPER BODY class will focus on chest, back, triceps, biceps and shoulders. While the main focus of our strength class is on body composition, we know it is impossible to safely build muscle without a strong core with balance and flexibility throughout your body. Our strength class is designed to keep your core engaged during the whole class with moments to test your balance and flexibility throughout. 

As with all classes at JOULE, we begin with a dynamic flow to heat your body and set up for the challenging work ahead. As you move through a timed series of weight work, you will use varying sets of dumbells, sliders, bands, yoga blocks and more..all with the intention of taking you deeper into each muscle while protecting your joints and bones. This results driven class is 40 minutes and is an incredible complement to our barre, bound or flow classes.

Breathe
Step into a peaceful, soothing space and experience Joule’s version of yoga. Introducing the Breathe class, designed to guide students of all levels through a mindful movement practice.  

You’ll flow through a sequence of dynamic breath-linked movements that promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation.  Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers modifications and variations to suit your individual needs. 

The challenging yet gentle, flowing transitions between poses help cultivate balance, focus and a deep sense of calm, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.  

This class is an invitation to connect with your body and breathe in a peaceful and supportive environment.
